Thesis Format Checkers
Mar 5th, 2009 | By mreeder | Category: Activities, Council News, Resources
Pulling your hair out over the myriad of thesis formatting regulations? About to toss your laptop into the wall?
Well take a deep breath, try to relax, and visit a Brilliant Checker during our office hours in 62201 (Mondays and Tuesdays) and the research room (Wednesdays and Thursdays) as per the downloadable schedule.
We will be more than happy to briefly show you how to use the template and styles function if you have forgotten, and do our best to answer any formatting questions you may have; perhaps even give a hint or a hand with EndNote as we ourselves get more and more familiar with it!
Ever and always at your service (with format related issues at least)
Here’s the PDF with the schedule and information:
Your Format Checking Team,
Kyle, Tiffany Twu, Wan and Wit
The office hours are changing – please just see the schedule posted outside the 2nd floor classroom and in the research room.
Hi,
I’m now preparing my first 3 chapters for the proposal defense and I’m writing to check if there’s any new thesis template? And if possilbe, can you kindly send the newest version to my e-mail address?
meanwhile, i heard that it’s better to use word 2007, right? But i have been using word 2003 to edit my proposal, will it cause any problems when i transform my original work into word 2007?
Becky – email me at mreeder16@hotmail.com – I cant seem to reply to the email you left here.
Mike
Special and sincere thanks to Jojo for giving me a big hand on the format of my proposal. After attending her lecture on format regulations, I realize that “Thesis Format Checker” can really help us to produce a qualified thesis~~
